Job Description:
Transport products across the United States in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Transport products to and from customers/vendors.
Inspect Vehicles for mechanical and safety issues in order to perform preventative maintenance.
Document and log work/rest periods to remain within legal requirements.
Comply with truck driving rules and company policies.
Offer good customer service to clients/vendors.
Report accidents or moving violations.
Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
Other duties might not be mentioned.
Requirements:
Valid Medical Card
Valid CDL A drivers license
Min. 2 years of experience in over the road truck driving
Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
Knowledge of DOT logs rules and regulations
Clean driving record
Pass a background check/drug screening
