STHS: Baby Bump & Beyond Expo

It’s never too early to start planning for the arrival of your bundle of joy , especially since that preparation can be stressful.

This summer, The Maternity Center at South Texas Health System® is hoping to help alleviate some of that stress for expectant mothers at our fourth annual
Baby Bump & Beyond Expo. The FREE expo will include special presentations aimed at addressing concerns about the labor and delivery process, as well as caring for your baby — and yourself — once they’re born. Topics will include infant health, breastfeeding, care post-delivery, adjusting to parenting, and
mental health and postpartum depression.
